1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following locations:
Domestic Shipping (Cyprus) – Available for all regions.
International Shipping – Available to select countries within the EU. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.
2. Shipping Costs
Cyprus Orders: We offer free shipping on all orders within Cyprus.
International Orders: Shipping costs vary based on destination and package weight. Exact shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s regulations.
3. Shipping Timeframes
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Below are estimated delivery times:
Cyprus Deliveries:
Standard Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Deliveries:
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 3-5 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via our carrier’s website or by logging into your Foodpet.eu account.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team at alfredos.a@hotmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Delivery Issues & Address Errors
Customers must ensure that their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Foodpet.eu is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at alfredos.a@hotmail.com
If any item is missing, please check your shipping confirmation to verify if it was shipped separately. If not, contact us immediately.
